All applicants please CAREFULLY read the following information!
Right now you are just registering your desire to show your cars at Wheels Day 50 as a Club. You are not guaranteed Arena Passes.
Please remember the details you register with, check them before submitting and don’t use fake details.
We will use your email address for all correspondents including password resets. If you enter an incorrect email address we are not responsible for your inability to login and pay for your pass. You will also need your username and password to login and pay if your car is chosen, DO NOT FORGET IT!.
We will also ask for your club cars registrations to verify attendance and reduce fraudulent entry.
At the beginning of February 2025 your application will be reviewed by the Wheels Day team, you will then receive an email with either congratulations & details on how to pay for your pass or commiserations on being unsuccessful this year.
Car Clubs are allocated a Club pitch with room for up to 20 cars, club banners, etc.
The Arena Pass is valid for one car, the driver and one passenger. Additional passengers can be paid for upon entry to the arena. Unlike Single Car Passes, Clubs are able to purchase their Arena Passes in bulk at checkout.
Please make sure you club members do not register for single car passes if you are coming as a club.

We will email and post updates on Facebook relating to when pre-registrations have been processed, if extra places become available and with details of deadlines to pay, etc.
